Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Update – We are open and here to help.

In line with instructions from the UK Government, our Aftersales departments remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs with strict precautions in place, to help keep our customers and employees safe. Our Sales departments remain open online only - the showroom and forecourt will remain closed until further notice.

When you visit our Aftersales departments, I hope you share our confidence that we have taken every precaution to ensure the safest possible environment. We are, as always, extremely grateful for your continued custom and I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our actions.

Visiting an Aftersales Department

In order to manage the number of visitors in the Aftersales department at any one time, our preference would be a pre-arranged appointment, to allow us to fully prepare for your visit. However, should you find yourself in the area without a pre-arranged appointment, please feel free to pop into the dealership and we will be more than happy to serve you as quickly and safely as possible.

Crucially, we ask that if you wish to visit an Aftersales department but feel unwell or you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, you phone or e-mail in advance to make alternative arrangements. For those that do visit, we have implemented additional hygiene practices in all service areas.

To help reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 (Coronavirus), we have placed extra precautions within the Aftersales departments including:

  • NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace system is in operation
  • Face-coverings or face masks must be worn within the Aftersales department
  • Barriers installed within the business to protect customers and staff
  • Please use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) wherever possible
  • Please follow the 2m markings on the floor
  • Please use card payments or contactless where possible
  • Please wash your hands regularly and avoid contact with your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Please follow the one-way system within the showroom
  • We have installed Plexiglass screens to protect customers and staff
  • Hand sanitising stations are available within the dealership
  • Entry may be limited during busy times
  • Showroom and forecourt vehicles will be locked
  • Cleaning frequency within each dealership has been increased throughout the day to ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained
  • Loan vehicles are sanitised on a daily basis to reduce the risk of infection

There are also information banners displayed around the showroom for your attention. I respectfully ask you to take note of and abide by the Hygiene and Social Distancing guidelines in order to ensure the comfort and safety of yourself and others within the dealership.

Levels of Service

In some cases, we may be working with reduced resources, so please excuse us if your experience doesn't live up to the high standards we strive for during this period or if we’re a little slower to respond to enquiries.

Aftersales Department Staff

Whilst we are always very happy to see our customers, please be aware that our staff will not be shaking hands and will be keeping a safe distance and wearing a face-covering or face mask within the department, to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus. Non-essential travel between dealerships has ceased and our internal meetings will take place via video calls. In addition, any member of staff displaying COVID-19 symptoms will be instructed to self-isolate and not attend the workplace.
