Read Hyundai Lincoln Aftersales Manager, Tom Ellis, has been busy singing his way around Lincoln to raise money for charity.

Tom, who sings 1st tenor for various choirs including The Lincoln Orpheus male voice choir and the Bishop Grosseteste University choir, recently performed a charity concert which raised a fantastic £5000 for Go Mad.

Go Mad is a national charity raising money to send teams of volunteers to Tanzania to help with community projects. The fundraising carried out by Go Mad includes building clean water wells, paying for medicines, and raising money to build hospitals.

As an active member of many Lincoln choirs, Tom has won numerous awards from the Lincoln Music & Drama Festival. Most recently he collected the Bronze and Silver awards from The Royal School of Church Music.

Tom will be performing alongside a full orchestra in Lincoln Cathedral on Saturday 30th January. The event run by Lincolnshire Music Service starts at 7.00pm. More here
