To redeem the voucher you must call the dedicated Suzuki Excess Return hotline first on 0800 107 1156 after a vehicle accident, whoever you are insured by. The claim must be accepted and managed by Suzuki Excess Return and the accident repair carried out at a Suzuki Approved Body & Paint Centre.
