Delivery of Your Suzuki Motability Car

At Read Suzuki we know our Motability customer's look forward to collecting their new car's, so to make the process as worry-free as possible we like to plan ahead.

When your car is ready, you or your appointee must be at the dealership to sign for the new car, therefore we will stay in touch with you throughout the process and call you to confirm the estimated delivery day and time. We will arrange a home delivery for customers ordering a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.

Approximately two weeks after placing an order, you will be sent a Personal Identification Number (PIN) with a letter of acceptance. This is instead of signing a document and confirms your acceptance of the Contract Hire Agreement T&Cs.

You will enter this PIN at the dealership, by doing this you will be accepting your car and beginning the lease agreement. Before you sign, you will be given a tour of your car, the features will be explained, and you will have chance to ask any questions.

Don't worry if you have lost, or haven't received your PIN, just call the Read Suzuki team and we'll sort it for you.

We advise all customer to check they, and any other drivers, are covered by insurance before collecting any new car.

If you have chosen a vehicle with an Advance Payment, this will need paying on collection.
