TERMS & CONDITIONS – £500 ABOVE VALUATION OFFER

1. The Offer We will pay £500 above your vehicle's standard used car valuation when you sell your car to us during this promotional period.

2. Eligibility To qualify for this offer, the following conditions must be met:

• The vehicle must have a recorded mileage of under 100,000 miles at the time of valuation. Vehicles with 100,000 miles or more on the odometer are not eligible for this promotion.
• The vehicle must be owned outright by the seller, or any outstanding finance must be disclosed prior to valuation.
• The seller must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.
• Valid proof of identity and proof of ownership (V5C logbook) must be provided.

3. Valuation The base valuation will be determined by us using a recognised industry valuation tool. The £500 bonus will be applied on top of this figure. The valuation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

4. Exclusions This offer does not apply to:

• Vehicles with 100,000 miles or more recorded mileage
• Vehicles that are declared Category A, B, S, or N write-offs
• Vehicles with outstanding finance that cannot be settled at point of sale
• Vehicles that do not match the description provided at the time of valuation
• Any vehicle where the V5C is not present or does not match the seller's details

5. General

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The £500 bonus is applied at the point of sale and cannot be paid separately as cash.
• We reserve the right to re-inspect the vehicle prior to completion of the sale. If the condition differs materially from the valuation, the offer may be revised or withdrawn.
• This promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
