• Q: Do I need to visit the dealership for the final price?
  • Answer: While the information you provide online is helpful, the final valuation will require a physical inspection. This ensures we factor in key elements like tyre condition, interior wear, and confirmed service history—details that help us give you the maximum possible price that an algorithm simply cannot see.
• Q: How quickly will I receive my part exchange offer?
  • Answer: After you submit your details, we aim to contact you within one working day to schedule your appraisal. The final, guaranteed offer is then presented to you during your quick, scheduled appointment at the dealership.
• Q: What should I bring to my Part Exchange Appointment?
  • Answer: Please bring: the V5C logbook (in your name), valid photo ID, proof of address, the car’s full service history book or digital records, and all keys.
• Q: Can I still trade in if I have outstanding finance?
  • Answer: Yes, this is very common. We will obtain a settlement figure from your finance company and handle the paperwork for you.

Extra £500 Part-Exchange Winter Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Period:
   The Extra £500 Part-Exchange Offer is available from 15th December 2025 to 11th January 2026 inclusive.
2. Eligibility:
   • Available when a customer part-exchanges a vehicle and purchases a qualifying Used or Delivery Mileage vehicle from Read Motor Group during the offer period.
   • The part-exchange vehicle must be owned by the customer and free from outstanding finance, or any existing finance must be fully settled as part of the transaction.
   • Offer applies to retail customers only. Fleet, business, or Motability purchases are excluded unless otherwise stated.
3. Vehicle Requirements:
   • The part-exchange vehicle must have a valid MOT (if applicable), be roadworthy, and must be delivered to the dealership at the point of handover.
   • Vehicles with substantial mechanical issues, accident damage, or insurance write-off history may be declined or valued differently at the retailer’s discretion.
4. Offer Details:
   • Customers will receive an additional £500 on top of the agreed part-exchange valuation when purchasing a qualifying vehicle during the offer period.
   • The £500 uplift is applied once per transaction and has no cash alternative.
   • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive, or discount unless explicitly agreed by Read Motor Group.
5. Valuation Conditions:
   • Valuations are based on the vehicle’s condition, mileage, service history, and market value at the time of appraisal.
   • Any changes to the condition or mileage of the part-exchange vehicle between valuation and handover may result in the valuation being revised or withdrawn.
6. Order & Delivery:
   • To qualify, the customer must purchase a qualifying vehicle within the promotional period.
   • Vehicles must be collected and the part-exchange completed within the timeframe agreed at point of order.
7. Right to Withdraw:
   Read Motor Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
8. General:
   • Offer is subject to availability.
   • No cash alternative is available.
