At Read Motor Group, every member of the team plays a essential role in shaping the customers experience. Due to retirement, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our successful sales team at Read Lincoln representing the Hyundai brand.

Our ideal applicant will have a proven sales background and the ability to determine customer requirements through a set sales process. Be enthusiastic and self-motivated to achieve targets. People management skills and the ability to manage process whilst delivering outstanding customer service is key to this position.

Full driving licence is essential for this position.

Benefits :

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm with a one-hour lunch break. Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sundays 11.00am to 4.00pm. One day off in the week and alternative Sundays off.
