The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Group Aftersales Manager to join our award winning and fast-growing family group, representing Hyundai, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and MG brands.

You should have a proven track record in the automotive sector that demonstrates your experience and achievements. You will be inspirational, hands on and have the ability to manage group processes to maximise sales and achieve set objectives whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for the Aftersales Division across nine dealerships.

As Group Aftersales Manager your overall objective will be to drive performance across the group whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivation and development of the Aftersales teams
• Consistently drive EVHC performance across the group
• Measurement of performance through operational reporting and onsite reviews
• Effective management of colleagues and overall co-ordination of teams utilising the Aftersales Resource Matrix
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the company and manufacturer
• Compliance with manufacturer audits and internal audits
• Group parts utilisation and parts stock checks
• Resolve customer concerns which are raised by management and staff

Our ideal candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in a similar position, multi-franchise experience.

The ability to "roll sleeves up" operationally and demonstrate skills/processes is essential along with experience of developing relationships with the manufacturer, customers, and colleagues.
