At Read Motor Group, every member of the team plays a essential role in shaping the customers experience and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our established Aftersales department at Read Hyundai Limited.

Key Responsibilities include:

Upselling any VHC work reported and Service Plans

• Calling parts customers and booking in any customers.
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date.
• Explain and educate customers on the follow up process to encourage response levels.
• Preparation of next days jobs ensuring all parts in stock and pre-picked/recalls checked/service plan quotes etc.
• Invoicing/ sales /warranty.
• Ensuring all card and cash payments are taken correctly and cash handling procedure followed.
• Checking all courtesy vehicles are on site are clean, fuelled and easily accessible ready for the next day.
• General housekeeping
• Liaising with the workshop for progress and technical advice
• Creating and loading bookings onto electronic diary efficiently and monitoring this function
• Filing of Paperwork

Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, meet deadlines and be self-motivated with a positive can do attitude.
