Q: Do I need to visit the dealership for the final price?
- Answer: While the information you provide online is helpful, the final valuation will require a physical inspection. This ensures we factor in key elements like tyre condition, interior wear, and confirmed service history—details that help us give you the maximum possible price that an algorithm simply cannot see.
Q: How quickly will I receive my part exchange offer?
- Answer: After you submit your details, we aim to contact you within one working day to schedule your appraisal. The final, guaranteed offer is then presented to you during your quick, scheduled appointment at the dealership.
Q: What should I bring to my Part Exchange Appointment?
- Answer: Please bring: the V5C logbook (in your name), valid photo ID, proof of address, the car’s full service history book or digital records, and all keys.
Q: Can I still trade in if I have outstanding finance?
- Answer: Yes, this is very common. We will obtain a settlement figure from your finance company and handle the paperwork for you.
