Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Ledger Clerk to join our centralised accounts team in Grimsby. This role is vital in managing our financial transactions and supporting our company's commitment to excellent service. If you have a passion for finance and customer relations, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
• Complete daily banking
• Reconcile payments
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication.
• To ensure that accurate records are kept and updated daily.
• Any additional duties as required
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong data entry and analysis skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Previous experience in financial services or automotive dealership preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Hours of work are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break.

We offer 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with length of service and access to our salary extras platform.
