At Read Motor Group, every member of the team plays a essential role in shaping the customers experience and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our established Aftersales department at Read Hyundai Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities :

• Calling parts customers and booking in any customers.
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date.
• Explain and educate customers on the follow up process to encourage response levels.
• Preparation of next days jobs ensuring all parts in stock and pre-picked/recalls checked/service plan quotes etc.
• Invoicing/ sales /warranty.
• Ensuring all card and cash payments are taken correctly and cash handling procedure followed.
• Checking all courtesy vehicles are on site are clean, fuelled and easily accessible ready for the next day.
• General housekeeping
• Liaising with the workshop for progress and technical advice
• Creating and loading bookings onto electronic diary efficiently and monitoring this function
• Filing of Paperwork

Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, meet deadlines and be self-motivated with a positive can do attitude.

Strong IT skills are essential for the position and an ability to prioritise own workload. Strong customer facing skills are an essential requirement for this position along with experience within a similar position.

Full driving licence is essential for this position.

Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
